Executive Bio

Ms. Nicole Jefferies has been Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Advance Auto Parts, Inc. since July 2017. Ms. Jefferies served as Global Executive at Lenovo, the world's largest personal computer company since 2005 and also served as its Executive Director, Global Supply Chain Customer Fulfillment where she was responsible for the on-time delivery of Customer orders and driving supply chain capabilities to address Customer requirements. Before this role, she served as Executive Director and Chief Transformation Officer for Lenovo's Data Center Group, where she was responsible for deploying processes, tools and organizational capabilities to deliver operational efficiency and revenue growth. From 2011 to 2015, she served as Executive Director of ThinkPad Business Operations. Prior to these roles, she held various leadership positions with Lenovo, IBM and Hewlett-Packard in supply chain, product development, global account sales, strategy and finance. Ms. Jefferies holds Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and MBA from Duke University.
