What did you like most about the interview process?

I barely had an interview. There was nothing remarkable about it.

What makes you most happy at work?

Benefits such as decent 401K, excellent grants matching which match your donations to charitable causes by 2x.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Reduce RIFs (Reduction in Force) at the company. The company went from 75K headcount to less than 35K headcount while Net Premium Written didn't decline as much.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

- Increase curiosity. - Enhance learning. At least know how to operate zoom, Teams messenger, email, etc. The company offered you a vast learning resource in form of Linkedin Learning - make use of it. - Come as a whole self - Be goals driven

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Today, I received a competitive offer, which is 120% above what I make right now at AIG. I made several attempts to discuss my compensation issue with the four Execs I've had as reporting managers this year. Neither HR nor Execs care about staff. I will join the 'Great Resignation' movement!
