More collaborative and agile work environment. Most of the employees either too shy to know what they are doing or are just trying to pass the ball.
Invest on existing good and hard working employees that knows the job. If letting go of employees are needed, they need to ensure that it is performance based rather than subjective in nature
Too muck organizational changes and lack of empathy when laying off employees. Hiring executives that does not know how the operations work while the skilled employees are getting thinner.Too much politics and growth and promotion is tied up on who you know rather than your abilities & contributions
