Compensation is really low at the regular employee levels. CEO and VPs are quite high! Especially for a nonprofit!

Thought I would make a difference in my community. This nonprofit is run like a corporation and is all about numbers. Little chance for career advancement. Favoritism. Unrealistic expectations. Extremely high employee turnover. Local chapter leadership and mid-management varies. West is the worst.
Terrible management, CEO makes $1 million a year meanwhile that money could be going into research.
