
I don't get paid enough to do what I do. Amazon doesn't care about their employees. Rates are ridiculous which makes no one want to be there
The work is so monotonous, and the amount of time spent standing/walking is too physically draining to function well for the rest of the day
Hours are long, and the work is hard. Expectations are unreasonably high, and the amount of pain your body goes through is ridiculous.

The pay would have to be better

Listen to empkiyees,praise employees, increase morale
Don't treat employees like widgets
