American Red Cross Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everything we both need we should have it

Smart and caring but they have too much to do.

Go away youve had enough of my life

If it wasn’t for the TS I wouldn’t be with the comp

Visionary, bold, strategic, empathic, compassionate

My direct Leadership seems tobe nice people and doing the best they can with what they have

Supportive to those who report to them but also makes sure everyone follows the rules and works to keep financial cost down.

I trust them to do the right thing

Good communication , and pretty much understanding

Review from Operations Dept

Ability to regularly communicate goals, objectives and actions and impact/downfalls of the organization

I actually love my boss, she has been very encouraging to me since I have become a supervisor. But there are things as far as my duties and how often I’m working and not getting

Review from Operations Dept

They answer the phones all the time

Review from Operations Dept

On the local level the leader is more interested in praise and glory for herself. Regional leadership is supportive and open to helping all, not only the public but employees and volunteers.

Leadership needs to be more proactive

Lab supervisor is awesome but general managers are short sighted and not very intelligent.

Review from Operations Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication without ambiguity, educating the staff on the same level without interpertation of federally regulated documents and accountable where it actually belongs.

Review from Operations Dept

Remove the members of management who band together to decide who they want and do not want in their group. These managers have been doing this for years and know they can lean on each other for support.

Actually caring about the employees out in the trenches everyday. It’s a “Humanitarian” organization as long as you aren’t employed

never see them at all

They need training on how to be a leader

Listen to constituents. They are just interested inn making money and keeping their high paying jobs.

Diversity and Ethical Policy. American Red Cross does not care about the well being of their, Staff or Volunteers.

Review from Operations Dept

care about your employees not the money

Leadership needs to improve their way of completing employee reviews.

Review from Operations Dept

Treating there employees like actual humans and paying them a competitive wage.

Review from Operations Dept

Stop cutting our pay. Increase incentive when working in blizzards.

Review from Operations Dept

Nothing they are doing a great job
