Lack of leadership direction - they can't make up their minds. Systems and processes are convoluted and nobody understands how things work.

That they are currently being investigated for fraudulent practices against small businesses would lead me to believe that a full overhaul of leadership is in order.

Way too many cutbacks impacting employee morale. Even if you feel appreciated by your direct leader you know deep down that their leadership couldn't care less about you as an employee.

The annual performance process is very partial as the boss will always need to find a low performer relative to others, regardless of their contribution and throw them under the bus!

American Express gives you so much vacation which is awesome, however you can never get time off. Also the bonus structure is not fare for the employer. AMX just doesn’t want to pay bonuses
