Terrible, did not know what she was doing, and depended on her friends in the dept to do her job.
They need to stop being bigots and treat and respect their employees
Review from Business Development Dept
Providing clear instructions and information. Organization. Writing things down.
Everything just a bad team
Everything to be honest. So much work needs to be done for improvement especially communication
I feel overworked and underapperiated
The existing role is not matching with the experience and potential and internal growth is quiet subjective to interview instead ofskill based its interview based which bring iin bias and only sees logical reasoning
The pay is low therefore they need to increase the wages
Review from Business Development Dept
More base salary at least
When the company has a great year I'd expect to be compensated accordingly

Many Amex employees have been there for a long, long, time. They survive by keeping their heads down, don't challenge their leaders or the system and just drone on. They don't retain the best quality folks. The smarter people eventually leave for Amazon, MC, VISA, etc.
Better time management and stronger communication skills.
We are just disjointed, which is a product of management and leadership. But I work with incredibly intelligent and highly motivated people at my level.
co-workers need to respond better and work more collaboratively
Review from Finance Dept
Communicate better with other teams and getting rid of silos
Review from Operations Dept
Politocal racial unfair favouritism .
listen to the managers and colleagues more
Review from Engineering Dept
There needs to be a leadership overhaul, bring in people that are innovative and understand how to build a positive and Agile organization not rely on controlling legacy leaders to change it - they can't.
Respect and inclusion. Systematic bias is very well engrained and the system grows toxic leaders. The voice of colleagues don’t matte
realistic timelines and willingness to stay the course for an iteration
Need to be more fair
Review from Business Development Dept
It is just a bad company
Asking people questions appropriate for their role and relaxing the requirements that make it difficult to move up in the organization. We lost so many great female leaders in IT because they couldn't pass a java coding exam.
The interview process is awful, they don't seem to understand that not everyone is an engineer. The onboarding process makes up for it.
Review from IT Dept
Customer service seems less motivated
Review from IT Dept
Lack of leadership direction - they can't make up their minds. Systems and processes are convoluted and nobody understands how things work.
That they are currently being investigated for fraudulent practices against small businesses would lead me to believe that a full overhaul of leadership is in order.
Unrealistic goals and expectations of what we can accomplish given our roles and the areas that our out of our control
Think about the individuals and not just your balance sheet

I would like to have improved salary structure.
