Management is always willing to hear my concerns without judgement. This is a huge help in my opinion because holding things in never ends in a personal healthy outcome.

What is the best part about your compensation package?I am grateful that Amplify has never wavered in its commitment to a full-time remote model for its back office employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Quarterly bonuses are needed for anyone in supervisory roles. This is what competition is now doing.
