Concentrix delivers poor training and treats their employees even worse. Team leaders & management hold employees accountable even knowing that poor training was a key issue but wont lead by example. Poor communication and unprofessional as well

Holding themselves to lead by example and treating employees better instead of tearing them down

Job description should have been transparent and the training should have been according to description. This was a sink or swim job

I just hope that the new employees coming in will have better training and feel confident enough to do their job and less stress and anxiety that i have felt

I feel the team leaders and managers could have been more helpful by answering questions that arose instead of ignoring them. They took part in being the problem not the solution
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training for success should pertain to the job and the job description should be transparent as to not have employees looking foolish by having not enough knowledge of their work
