What did you like most about the interview process?

It was simple and not too long

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lack of transparency and overpromising.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Fire a lot if these horrible managers. So many are messy, vindictive, rude, unsupportiv3e, dishonest and overrated. They do not care about employees as they espouse.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

People need to speak up and stop being so afraid and docile. People need to demand better treatment via managers and/or so called leadership. It's disgusting how many of these managers aren't held accountable.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

An overhaul with a lot of these people. Stop hiring people, then going into their background to pose a petty risk to terminate their employment. And stop using Black ppl as face of progress. Mostly Whites at the top with many tokens. Black faces, white power.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they stopped playing games with people's moral and livelihood. They hire some of the most unqualified, unprofessional people. Yet someone who's educated, smart, optimistic, proving value, etc is other treated the same. Or envied do you have too really watch your back. Especially if you're Black.
