Team work promoted. I wish I had the positon in reality they promise in interviews

My peers. This seems to occur when management is rude. We look to each other for support
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be nicer. I feel like I am being punished and should worship them just to work there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, being consistent. Rules are ever changing. Messaging me and expecting a meeting in 10 min is very common. They want you to be productive and be sitting on your emails and messenger too. Too stressful
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No time for breaks. Management just told us we dont really work 8-5. We are expected to work however long to finish cases. They micromanage and dont care that staff are not getting breaks. Its amazing how much better we could concentrate when we know we can get up and use the bathroom
