My experience with Anthem has been one of disappointmemnt. For years I wanted to work for them, only to get hored and constanyly be disppointed bu the lack of employee appreciation to thier willingness to use loop holes not to pay their employees appropriately for overtime to the lack of support.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving at the end of shift.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honesty and transparency, something sorely lacking in this Company.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more aware of who you have running the interview process.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lots of favoritism , employees need to feel safe to speak up but you are dismissed or labeled a trouble maker if you ask too many questions.
