Management can be very condescending. They tell nurses when they may speak with doctors. Micromanage does not describe how much they want to control you. They message or email you and tell you they are having s meeting in ten min. They don't treat staff respectfully. Major gaslighters

Normal , process was as expected
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers. Meetings with management or 1:1 with management are like being interegated for murder.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Managers need training on how to be a team leader, they like to play boss and I dont see that as effective.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The coworkers as in other nurses. We are encouraged to ask questions then when you do your counseled for "not knowing what your doing". Not sure what it is they are looking for but it is easier to be kind to people and the productivity will flow.
