Logging off for the day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Management allows staff to work independently without too much interference.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There is little to no interaction between employees who work remotely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Genuinely listening to employees instead of reciting bullet points from meetings they have with their higher up.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

No communication following interviews with some positions i applied for. Be bonest about the salary being offered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no compensation for internet or cell phone usage for remote employees. Most home data plans have caps and Anthem offers no credit towards this whereas other private insurance companies cover the cost in full. I woild feel better if anthem paid beacon employees on the same pay scale.
