My team so far is Very diverse, knowledgeable and helpful to one another.

at home I set the enviornment. To early to see how both enviornment work together
What makes you most happy at work?
Being remote as I am used to working in less micromanaged positions it allows me to feel more independent. Surely will create more production than in office
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Really to early to say. I can say it is very hard to get question on issues very important to me answered from management. The training team is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I earn in the same bracket of what i earned 5 years ago when I temped here. Before inflation, before having to utilize my own internet & electricity and before I actually trained and had knowledge of the system already.
