
New leadership but the whole structure needs to fold
It's not really about the compensation. The leadership is atrocious.
Find another job outside of healthcare where you can't hurt anyone, like as a prison guard
They are in the same miserable boat, were also misled to accept the job in the first place and are looking for another job outside the company, which will require a time machine to come back to the present reality
Fire the leadership above director level, especially in IT. All the jobs offshored to India have the same issues that the onshore operations have...but at least now leadership doesn't have to see the inefficiency and waste during their work day.
