Appreciate your loyal employees its hard to come sit and work hard when you have to help new employees who make more than you

They bring in people off the street making more than people who have been there for years doing the same work and whwn its time to move the reps up that have stuck by the company we get told theres a budget issue they dont appreciate the loyal employees that they have
