Allow individuals collaborative autonomy. Not being allowed to work with my co-workers on a question makes for an uncomfortable atmosphere.

EMPLOYEE AUTONOMY! Allowed to go to and from desk area without being questioned every time from leaving the desk, especially to use the rest room.
