I love my job and coworkers. I hate when we run out of work bc we have outsourcing and our onshore work gets sent out

We all get along, always willing to help one another to need months end

They are always willing to help. Unfortunately the resources to do our daily job are not always found, or inaccurate
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss and coworkers. What makes me unhappy are layoffs to Anthem employees who put in their fair time only to be laid off due to outsourcing our work to other countries.
