What is the best part about your compensation package?

the annual incentive plan can come out to a significant amount of money depending on your position and performance

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

our jobs can be done independently most of the time, people need to be held accountable for their own work

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

realistic workloads, qualified managers, better higher practices, respect that employees should have a work/life balance even if they work from home

What did you like most about the interview process?

the questions were the same format for everyone and typical of what you would expect at an interview, none were difficult to answer

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

they hire managers with no leadership skills or experience, they need to at the very least implement courses on how to be an effective manager

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

my department is very unorganized, people are hired who are not well suited for the job and are not adequately trained, most of the time you cannot complete you work in an 8 hour day and these things need to improve
