Very personal. Talk to your actual manager very early on, instead of a recruiting team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no culture, low energy, the burnout is very real. Leaders aren't good representatives of taking time off, or respecting time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For an insurance company our benefits could be a lot better. Our maternity/paternity policy is pretty weak, and not the industry average.
