By eliminating the members of the staff that are slackers so to speak. Eliminate the employees that dont contribute to the staff as a team player those who speak badly of others those who make conflict among the staff. Eliminate those who basically just stand around and let others do all the work. I believe that work is called work for a reason because you have to work.
