
The expectations from upper management on service are ridiculous for the amount of customers we're expected to serve. Turnover means working with a lot of inexperienced and unreliable coworkers. Managers seem not to care about rewarding good work.
The most positive thing about the culture was the willingness from coworkers to help out. Some managers would help while others would go hide in the back when it got busy. For the most part the culture was very casual, but we often worked under high amounts of stress.
