What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The use of rules on discrimination!!!!! Organized managers who tell us to get tested for covid when there is a community spread at our job.
What makes you most happy at work?
Serving my customers is what makes me happy, seeing them love their meal and being able to work with most of my team using teamwork, for the most part.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at this job is very disorganized and careless about its coworkers such as my self. Recently weve had a covid outbreak and i was not told the person i was directly working with for 7 hours that day tested positive, i found out today through a friend that people were testing positive .
