
Seems like there is favorites being played. Some will get 100 hours a pay period, while others only get 50-60 hours per pay period
Scheduling is beyond a problem, theres 20+ front of house employees, and maybe 8 back of house/kitchen employees. Days when another cook or 2 would be very helpful, they are sent home early due to labor percentage costs, only to bring more of a work load on the employees that are still working.
