I am tired of being the one to be left to work on a busy Saturday all by myself at my station because I'm fast and competent st my job. All other line cops are sent home because "he can handle it by himself." This is what I overheard my new GM saying, but if I'm not there there are 2/3 people left.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop abusing the fact that I'm a good worker making me do the work of 2/3 people to save money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you are looking to make me do the job of multiple people then I should be paid like 2 people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are lazy. They frequently go out for "smoke breaks" even when we are busy. The never try to be fast or efficient and I'm left picking up the slack. It's never addressed by management.
