Managers should stop choosing favorites and they should also help more

Helping employees when they neen help. Spreading positivity. Promotiing employees who are actually reliable, and ones that take team work seriously
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Ive been the only sever and bartender many times. Ive been so stressd out bc of the help i wasnt gettiing. Ive also had a manager take money from me.
