I got kicked out .. after getting hurt on the job refused a doctor..so not to good ..was told I company was sold out to another company.. myselfe Applebee's And slot of complaints that I've seen in the store I worked in was in not holding up to a good standard Advertised by Applebee's brands

Better training , more guidance , better supervision also from a better area management that was assigned to the store
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was cused, I was told to leave the store for doing my job and it was during a dinner rush, And hurt on the job and refused treatment, cause of bad management under the influence!!!!
