Our general manager is often rude and unattentive. He focuses on serving his frienfs and family first, often giving them discounts. They don't typically tip well either. He also threatens to fire anyone who needs to take a sick day, but allows people to not show up for shifts with no consequences.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on all costumers and better treatment of employees.

I think the food is often disappointed to others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My paycheck is often underwhelming, even when I work everyday in a week. As prices go up in the market, my pay should increase. We increased prices on our menu...but I'm still being paid the same.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people who work hard are wonderful. They are helpful and kind. Two out of our three managers are fantastic. One works on the line to make sure food gets out. The other is always on expo
