The start of the shift is usually nice and happy. But certain managers change their mind about protocol almost everyday so there is a lot of things that can be right one day and wrong the next.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The managers need to be informed and trained to work with the employees. A couple managers at the clarion location have shown a lot of disrespect twoard employees and their families. They refuse to help employees and can not follow a schedule.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A basic protocol needs to be set and the managers need to trust employees to do the best they can. Instead of changing their mind and being rude to employees. They give the employees the enviornment of negativity and the fact that they do not do anything right.
