Most of my coworkers actually care to show up but not all. Most of my coworkers agree on being treated unfairly and try to speak up but are of course ignored
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are mostly easy to get along with as long as everyone does their minimal effort required of them. It can be fun at times and theres not too much drama
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
1)LISTEN 2) stop pushing away good employees bc all its dping is hurting other employees and now you have no one working 3) have managers that actually care about the company 4) stop adding technology required to yse and actually fix what you have
