My appriciation towards my guests that i work very hard for. And there appriciation towards me. I have many regular guests
What did you like most about the interview process?
Ive been with the company over 10 years and my interview was barely an interview. I was a previous restaraunt worker so i was thrown right in. I adapted very quickly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work several positions all day with the same pay. I travel in snowstorms and work solo also with same pay. Maybe working in a snowstorm being able to get there should be paid time and half.
