Have respect for one another and speak kindly to each other it is the most negative and toxic work environment I have ever worked in one employee even to threaten to beat me up in a parking lot

Managers need to effectively implement the standards and hold employees accountable for their actions and needs to be fair actions across-the-board. Managers should also speak and conduct themselves on a professional level instead of cursing at employees or taunting them

It took approximately five weeks in order to get my first pay far too long and it was only until I told the manager that was going to file a claim with the department of labor for unpaid wages that I was then paid

Leader ship needs to take accountability for their selves their actions and follow the same standards as set forth for all employees. The managers should not be eating food and then telling employees that the loss prevention is due to them. Managers should also hold all employees to the same standad
