Starting the job as a part time job on the first day with no training i was forced to work the nigh rush to close. Then the manager got upset when I couldnt work the next night because of my other job (I made it very clear im working another job) Ive tried to contact them for scheduling and nothing.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
No more frozen food, No more popping chicken and everything else in a microwave, the food is disgusting because corporate chooses to prioritize speed over quality and fresh food.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The workers in the kitchen hate the job. By using pre made and frozen food you take out the enjoyment of cooking and make people lose the passion for food, ending in the "Its Just a job" mentality
