If I show up early for a shift my General Manager cusses me out and takes away hours from my scheduled shifts as punishment for being on time for a scheduled shift

appreciating hard workers who want to work and come to work

i feel undervalued because i get punished for showing up early/ontime for my scheduled shifts
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the General Manager needs to appreciate his employees much better and needs to watch his foul language when speaking to his employees

GM needs to be replaced or he needs to be put on some form of training to be better at his job
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
well when an applicant shows up dont just leave them at the door and walk away without saying anything but the general manager will be out here to deal with you and then stand around on your phone
