Have better managers on deck, helping more, caring more and being a lot more sanitary than ever. There has been multiple times where management has managed/transferee food with their bare hands, disregarded wear gloves for sanitary reasons.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If management took the time to care about the cold food that comes out, many customers have had salads come out with bugs. I have been told in my face that managers don’t do much, then blame servers for management behavior
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are not the issue. The issue is that coworkers do not have the proper, caring management they need. Management there could care less about the issues that go on in the environment. Over seating, unsanitary stations, hand lining food with Bare hands. Customer complaints about management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I’ve worked at this restaurant ( 8383 ) Muskegon Mi 49442, for over a year now. They have re-plated customers food without gloves, especially after licking their fingers. They have failed to help coworkers when in need, especially bar. And have taken items out of trash to reuse. Help needed by cor
