Literally everything actually do their job and not hire people for one thing and throw them into another position

If I got acknowledged for doing 5 peoples jobs and actually pay me for it or just let me do the position I was hired for
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not having a fake manager hiring only hot women because she's lesbian and keeping those employees when they don't contribute as a team or at all they're lazy!
