Constantly getting sent home for scheduled shift before I start or early after I commute on bus 1hr 15min one way so I don't get over time even tho I was asked to come in also get talk down to and disrespected

They all feel the same as I and it does nothing for us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard and more frequent then other employees with in same position but get 2 to 3 dollars less and hr. Not be ask to come in on day off to help to be turned around and sent home on a scheduled day
