So I don't believe we are given PTO at my store

I think the team has a good energy with each other I think that's mostly due to the fact we all recognize the problems here
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We are consistently out of items each week I have to go in to find what we're out of it's very disheartening as an employee to have to go to my tables and explain to them that we are out of multiple things every day
