i have been with this company for 31 years and the general manager at Marion Indiana is unapproachable and he got rid of all our recipe book that showed how to make them to spec and he's playing with people's hour who have insurance through the company

the general manager is the problem not his assistant managers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Geneal Manager needs to be more visible out on the floor to head off any problems before they start and not always in the office
