My job consists of providing excellent customer service to all customers. Acurately distributing knowledge about our restaurant and making everyone feel comfortable as they do dinning in their own home. I enjoy it very much.

It includes paid time off and availability timelines for when Applebee's employees are especially needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If someone needs a shift or wants to get a shift covered, we all make sure it is well known throughout our staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture and environment has to be our guests. Our guests keep our bills paid by spending quality time with in our restaurant.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that my Manager broke it down to the basic knowledge then so on and so forth with the more complicit such as the insurance and benefits.
