We don't always get along but we interact like a family for the most part.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Management really trys to get to know you and make you feel at home and part of family
What makes you most happy at work?
The food is good quality and customers seem very happy eating here and that makes for a smooth shift
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of our customer base is regulars so customers are genuinely very friendly. Atmosphere is very charged and energized which charges the workers energy to be very interactive and upbeat.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our management team gets along and works together to make the shift run smooth. There is room for improvement on some things but overall they do try to do a good job
