the loving cooks that always joke with me when i arrive
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very detailed and allowed me to feel confident enough when being put out on the floor on my own.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them became not only co-workers or people I would only see at work to people i wanted to hangout with outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We had a great manager who opened the place up! He kept everyone together as a team. Once he left, the other managers couldn't relate well with servers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We often times did not have good clientele. They weren't bringing in enough business which did not bring in any tips. I once made $12 in 6 hours and was not compensated for it.
