I feel its a good company. Hours could be distributed evenly when you have two dishwashers. As in for example, have help on Friday and Saturday nights when busy, make sure stuff on cooks line is brought back in an appropriate timely manner.

We all try to work as a team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as a dishwasher I do a lot of work like the cooks do. I even help out where needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Managers are awesome. They treat us as human beings and they help out where needed. They show respect and listen to you if you have a problem.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help out where needed. As a dishwasher I get to listen to music as long as we have one earbud out of ear so we can listen if they need anything.
