My managers are amazing but the pay is lack luster. Staff is great. Never any problems. The biggest negative is the pay and lack of benefits for hourly employees.

The pay is less than other businesses pay and to my knowledge there is no employee stock purchase program

They really welcomed you and wanted to explore the type of person you are before they talked about the job
