Our GM, she is very good at what she does and makes the work atmosphere enjoyable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In most jobs you get a pay promotion after spending a certain amount of time working somewhere. I believe the kitchen staff gets raises but none of the other employees do. It makes me feel unappreciated and I believe it contributes to us having a hard time keeping employees.
