overworked, understaffed, unappreciated. company rolled out so many deals during the worst months of covid, making us busier than we've ever been with the LEAST amount of employees possible. they cared about getting their money, not about keeping us safe.

We make it fun for each other because management doesnt.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the team is in a good mood, because its rate that it happens.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Diversity and compassion are highly lacking. Management takes their bad days out on employees. Responsibility from higher ups needs to be better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Deligating responsibility to ALL employees and not just the ones they favor, or the ones that work the hardest. BETTER TRAINING BY MANAGERS, NOT REGULAR STAFF.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid AT LEAST minimum wage (we get paid less on carside). Being given reasonable schedules rather than overloading the best employees because the bad ones aren't reprimanded, or trained better.
