The guests that i interact with are amazing! I love my regulars and they keep me coming back!
What did you like most about the interview process?
That they force our key hourly to set them all up and then never check when they have interviews and make them sit waiting for hours
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel under valued because my managers change my pay rate and job responcibities every week. I do not get back pay for "random" changes to my pay each week, i do tbe job of 3 people for a low wage. I have 0 benefits and risk my families health all through the pandemic and have 0 health insurance
