Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I am being paid significantly less than other companies have offered me. The expansion of my scope of work also has not been reflected in my compensation.I would feel better if my compensation addressed the two points I made above.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly empathetic toward each other and cares for each other. I love the weekly gratitudes.
